Patrick Russell
Patrick Russell is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who supports adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, stress, and major life challenges. He believes the greatest potential for growth happens when the whole person is supported at home, at work, and within their community. In his private practice, Patrick provides a collaborative and compassionate space where clients can explore what matters most to them, develop new tools, and build resilience.
Earlier in his career, Patrick earned his International MBA and spent 25 years leading teams and managing projects in the software, financial management, health care, and aerospace industries. His work took him across Latin America, where he lived in Argentina and worked in Mexico and other countries. During this time, Patrick deepened his understanding of Latinx cultures and met his life partner, Alejandra, a native of Argentina.
In 2017, a life-threatening diagnosis reshaped Patrick’s values and inspired him to give back to the community in new ways. That turning point led him to the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work, where he completed his master’s degree with a concentration in children and youth and earned a certificate in School Social Work.
